Client Portal
Complete intake forms, view upcoming appointments, update reminder preferences, and make payments.
Telehealth
You should receive your telehealth link in reminder emails or texts. If you haven’t received it, log in to your client portal, navigate to Appointments, and click Join Video.

Cancellation Policy
Consistency matters in therapy. Many clinicians recommend recurring appointments to help maintain momentum, support progress, and ensure your preferred appointment time remains available.
Clients are welcome to cancel or reschedule at any time with at least 24 hours advance notice. A $80 fee will be charged for sessions missed or cancelled without 24-hour notification. Insurance companies do not reimburse for this fee.
